2 oz 360 Cucumber Vodka
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4-5 Mint Leaves
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds or until the shaker is fully chilled. Double strain into a frozen coupe glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
