- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Sprigs of Mint
- Club Soda

- Add all ingredients (except the club soda) to a shaker with ice
- Shake for 15-20 seconds or until fully chilled
- Strain into a tall glass with ice
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a peach slice
